I purchased a camping tent for my trip in Canada, expecting it to handle snow, cold, and rain. Unfortunately, it leaks in the rain, and the condensation is severe in freezing temperatures. Even with ventilation and a heater, water drips everywhere inside. Sleeping is nearly impossible, making multi-day trips impractical. The customer support team was unhelpful, and I can't get a refund. I do not recommend this brand.
