I bought a camping tent for use in Canada, expecting it to endure snow, cold, and rain. Unfortunately, it leaks in the rain, and there is excessive condensation in freezing conditions. Even with proper ventilation and a heater, water drips throughout the interior, making sleep nearly impossible and multi-day trips impractical. The support team was unhelpful, and a refund isn’t an option. I cannot recommend this brand.

To be honest, I was really excited to order my new winter tent, which included shipping and taxes for over £500. At the time of purchase, the item was in stock, and delivery was promised for early December. However, since then, there have been no updates on shipment, just my order and payment processed. When I followed up, I was informed it was out of stock and would ship by the end of January '26—after I ordered it in November '25. No compensation was offered for the delay or inconvenience. I feel that given the lack of communication during purchase, a fair request for compensation should have been made. While I understand delays happen, taking the money and expecting someone to wait nearly two months without clear shipping information is disappointing.
I own the Gamme 8. When I bought it, I was assured it would retain heat well, and the stove I used would be sufficient. After finally trying it, I found it didn’t keep any heat inside! Even with a powerful stove running all night, I was still cold. I contacted the company and spoke to a representative who initially said the tent would work with that stove, but later claimed the stove was inadequate! I received no assistance, just an excuse and my money taken. This company is disappointing and not to be trusted.
I ordered a sleeping pad and received a confirmation email that it would be delivered in August. I was billed more than expected, and had to reach out myself for a refund. Now the delivery has been pushed to September... and as September arrives, it's now promised for early November. Thank you, but which year?
After placing an order for two tents and a sleeping mat, I wanted to split my order to receive the tents first. I emailed the company, stressing the urgency for the tents. Seven days and two unanswered emails later, I still haven't heard back, leading me to believe that customer service is not a priority for them.
The product quality is fantastic, truly the best. The service quality is equally impressive, with representatives dedicated to ensuring a great customer experience. I just purchased a tent and tarp package, and everything arrived in just seven days. They performed wonderfully during my recent camping trip in heavy rain, keeping me and my dog dry and warm.
I ordered the Gamme 4 a couple of weeks ago, and it arrived quickly. The tent is excellent, and my family is thrilled with it. My child has already spent two nights in it with a parent. I just ordered a stove and requested a speedy delivery, and it looks like the company is delivering once again. We're excited for a cozy birthday celebration outdoors this weekend.
