I bought a blower motor, capacitor and control board from this company back in March of 2025. I saw the warranty was 1 year on parts. It is JULY and the part has had intermittent issues since receiving it. I purchased a new blower motor from another company on the 12th and it will be here today the 15th. I reached out to North America HVAC to have a refund for the defective part at which time they informed me I had to pay for shipping to return the defective part and since the new part was not ordered from them they would only send a replacement part and not issue a refund. The customer service is only done via chat, text or email they don't not have any one you can call and speak to nor will they let you speak to upper management (CEO, owner, etc) They are forcing you to continue to be a customer and continue to do business with them all while sending defective, below par equipment. The equipment they sent (blower motor) has been going out periodically on overload and causing the system to freeze up since being installed by a service professional. I would not ever recommend doing business with this company. They try to hold you/your money hostage so to speak send us the defective part back at the customers expense then we will send you a replacement part (that may or may not work) or after sending the defective part back at customer expense you must purchase a new part from them and show proof to get money refunded.
