The staff at North America HVAC were knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us choose the correct replacement control board for our older heat pump. My husband installed it himself and fixed the unit, saving us potentially a large repair bill. Highly recommend this company for heating and air conditioning parts and advice!

I would strongly caution anyone against…

I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from North America HVAC. I bought a pond pump from them on Amazon, which failed in less than a year—well within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Unfortunately, the manufacturer requires the original seller to initiate the warranty claim, but North America HVAC flat-out refused to assist. They told me they were not obligated to file the claim, effectively leaving me with a defective product and no warranty support.This is completely unacceptable customer service. A reputable seller should stand behind the products they sell and at the very least help customers navigate warranty claims. Instead, North America HVAC washed their hands of the issue the moment a problem arose.If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, I recommend steering clear of this company. There are plenty of sellers who actually care about their customers—North America HVAC is not one of them.

An update on the below review.Since this company would not help me I got my credit card company involved. They sent a message to North American HVAC and since N. American did not respond I got the $300. taken off my credit card bill.My advice NEVER BUY anything from this bad company. I hope they go bankrupt they are so bad. I was thinking in one post one person bought a defective inducer fan and returned to.... could it be they sent me that defective motor. Wouldn't doubt it.They are very bad. Prior post :$300 inducer fan motor for a furnaceI left a message and told them the inducer fan would not turn on a $300 item. It's defective. They would not take it back. All they would have to do is notify the manufacturer and get a credit. They don't even take phone calls.On their website they call themselves Seventh Day Adventist , what kind of a Christian does this to customers.They are terrible people .

Amanda is absolutely horrible and lies. Charged 74 for NDA and get early now lost a day and she is horrible employee to represent a company liying saying it only says one day shipping. Now I see why 1 star review for 37 reviews. All I asked was refund vs 2day too.

Lots of wasted time

I bought a new motor from this place, and when I took it out of the mangled box it was shipped in I knew it was used and had been installed before. I overlooked that,installed it anyway, and yes it ran for 5 seconds and stopped. Between having to return to install another part from another vendor and then driving the 5 hour round trip to transport the used/defective part to a shipper to return it-they wouldn't even pay for return shipping. I wasted a lot of time with this business because they sell used/defective parts.

Horrible customer service

I bought a blower motor, capacitor and control board from this company back in March of 2025. I saw the warranty was 1 year on parts. It is JULY and the part has had intermittent issues since receiving it. I purchased a new blower motor from another company on the 12th and it will be here today the 15th. I reached out to North America HVAC to have a refund for the defective part at which time they informed me I had to pay for shipping to return the defective part and since the new part was not ordered from them they would only send a replacement part and not issue a refund. The customer service is only done via chat, text or email they don't not have any one you can call and speak to nor will they let you speak to upper management (CEO, owner, etc) They are forcing you to continue to be a customer and continue to do business with them all while sending defective, below par equipment. The equipment they sent (blower motor) has been going out periodically on overload and causing the system to freeze up since being installed by a service professional. I would not ever recommend doing business with this company. They try to hold you/your money hostage so to speak send us the defective part back at the customers expense then we will send you a replacement part (that may or may not work) or after sending the defective part back at customer expense you must purchase a new part from them and show proof to get money refunded.

Do Not Buy from this website

Do Not Buy from this website. They will mix up the part numbers and send the wrong items. Then argue with you and make you pay the 20% restocking fee. This is how they make there money while wasting everyone's time.

Dishonest and rude

Purchased a Climatek condenser fan motor from northamericahvac store on Amazon. Item had a tag with a QR code for instructions which went to northamericahvac.com That site showed the same item for $50 less directly from them. They can be contacted only thru text messages. They said it's not their problem If I bought the motor from a competitor and paid $50 too much. "But it's YOUR STORE on Amazon!" I typed. They said "No it's not. Absolutely not. Have a good day." Then they blocked me from sending any more text messages.
