I ordered a heat pump defrost control board and was sent a factory defect part that was unusable as verified by a HVAC technician. NorthAmericaHVAC did not respond to two emails sent regarding this issue. They don't have a normal phone no. for customer contact, and use text messaging instead! I didn't even request a refund, but simply a replacement part that works as ordered. No response . The part cost $121.95 plus $5.95 shipping. I would advise against buying anything from this outfit, as they don't behave in an acceptable and ethical manner, not to mention cheating customers with no recourse.
