Total Scammers, Terrible Customer "Service"

Do not work with this company, worst customer service ever.They sent me a defective remote...buttons did not press down and it should have been caught before shipping.They refused to send a replacement or pay for the return until they received the product back (at my expense)They ignored multiple follow up emails. I finally shared that this was a terrible process for a product that should never have been sent to begin with and this was their response;____Hello,Since the product and service is terrible on all fronts, I have switched your exchange to a refund upon return.Take care,Brittany M.Support TeamNorthCoast Keyless____So, no, they will not replace this or make it right. I elevated this to the head of customer service, twice, and did not get a response.Do not trust this company. They don't care about their customers. Pathetic.
