Steve was wonderful to deal with. He Answers all questions and worked patiently to put together a fireplace for our log home under construction. Now that the first course of the log home has been laid we realized that we need to scrap the design all together. Once again Steve worked with us to come up with a better fireplace design. I have had business and contact with other companies. None of them can match North Country Fire for selection and customer service.
