Tras un mes intentando solucionar el problema, enviando vídeos y correos, Northdeco se limita a dar largas alegando 'procesos internos del departamento de producto'.He enviado un requerimiento formal exigiendo la garantía legal de 3 años que marca la ley española (RD Legislativo 1/2007), pero siguen sin ofrecer una solución, sustitución o reembolso. El teléfono de atención al cliente nunca funciona. Procedo a denunciar ante la OMIC y la Agencia Catalana del Consumo.No recomiendo comprar aquí si esperas que respondan ante un producto defectuoso.
