Ordered one dining chair to check quality of the item and changed the order after it was placed. The customer service rep handled everything for me and I received the item later that week (in Portugal). I was also quite pleased with the quality of the article and I plan on ordering more furniture soon. Thanks 👍

DONT ORDER HERE!!!One month ago I ordered a coffee table but I never received my package… When I called the shipping company they told me the package would be returned to NorthDeco. When I contacted NorthDeco, they told me that the shipping company told them they had contacted me to arrange a new delivery appointment. And that I would have to pay for the initial shipping, as well as the return costs, and AGAIN for a new shipment. What a terrible company.when I called the shipping company they told me they have never had contact with NorthDeco about my order. Which means they are just blatantly lying.Please never order here if you don’t want to lose money.

Terrible customer service that try to intimidate you and get you give up

Terrible customer service and process on their end.The items look great but i received them damaged and so wanted to send them back and get reimbursed. It took me 4 months, 37 emaiIs and countless call attempts on their customer service line to get them shipped back and get a reimbursement. The customer service is extremely slow to answer, they try to intimidate me with telling me that i should pay for shipping it back, or that it was too late, while i was within the terms of the contract.They work with incompetent shipping partners that never come pick up the items despite having an appointment. I didn't let it go and ended up getting reimbursed, but i'd never order with this company again

Wrong and missing pieces plus no customer support reply

I would not suggest to place an order with this company as it has a huge lack of attention to detail and their customer support does not reply to the queries. They have sent us one of the legs of the chair wrong (a completely different colour and a slightly different size). Moreover, in one of the boxes the bag with the screws was open and 5 were missing.In addition to that, no instructions were provided.We're still waiting for their reply.Update after 5 days of wait and 2 days of calls attempts (11 yesterday, 22 today): still haven't heard from them.Update after a week from the first email: still no reply and tries to call them 5 times. I have proceeded contacting the consumer association.

Pésimo servicio postventa y producto defectuoso (Pedido S75688)

Compré una silla Lyssa hace apenas dos meses y el respaldo ya se ha roto (no sujeta el peso y se vence hacia atrás). Tras un mes intentando solucionar el problema, enviando vídeos y correos, Northdeco se limita a dar largas alegando 'procesos internos del departamento de producto'.He enviado un requerimiento formal exigiendo la garantía legal de 3 años que marca la ley española (RD Legislativo 1/2007), pero siguen sin ofrecer una solución, sustitución o reembolso. El teléfono de atención al cliente nunca funciona. Procedo a denunciar ante la OMIC y la Agencia Catalana del Consumo.No recomiendo comprar aquí si esperas que respondan ante un producto defectuoso. Un servicio postventa inexistente para productos de cientos de euros.I bought a Lyssa chair just two months ago and the backrest is already broken (it doesn't hold any weight and flips back). After a month of trying to resolve the issue, sending videos and multiple emails, Northdeco keeps stalling by claiming 'internal product department processes' are pending.I have sent a formal legal notice demanding the 3-year warranty required by Spanish law, but they still refuse to provide a solution, replacement, or refund. Their customer service phone line is never available. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Rights Office (OMIC).Do not buy from this store if you expect them to honor the warranty on a defective product. Non-existent customer service for high-priced items.

Product arrived as described! Good packaging and secure storage. It had a bit of delay. They need to improve their response time on e-mails, they take a while!
