For two consecutive years, I reached out to the service for a battery replacement for my vehicle, expecting a new battery backed by a three-year warranty. Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience. The cost of membership has skyrocketed to over $250 per month, which I paid, only to find myself needing battery replacement due to a dead battery in cold weather. The first battery failed within a year, and although a friendly technician replaced it, I had to pay the hefty membership fee again, mistakenly believing it covered a full year instead of just one month. I never received a membership card, leaving me unaware of my membership number. The technician expressed her frustration with the low-quality batteries provided, and now, less than a year later, my second replacement battery is also dead. The fees I paid could have easily covered a new battery elsewhere, and I feel stranded once more when temperatures drop. I refuse to pay this exorbitant fee again just to maintain a membership for a warranty that seems ineffective. I believe the service should either replace the battery for free or refund my membership fee. It feels like they are offering subpar batteries at exorbitant prices—this is a scam! I advise others to be cautious.
