Lack of Support and Communication

On Nov 18, 2025, I placed an order for six different items through the platform. Shortly after, I received an order confirmation followed by an email stating that two items had extended lead times, which I hadn’t noticed during the order. I checked again and confirmed that no such information was available on the platform. I reached out to the support team about the misleading messaging and received a response stating my feedback would be forwarded. The website indicated those items would ship the week of Nov 24, so I decided to wait. However, by Nov 28, I hadn’t received any updates or shipping confirmation, prompting me to email support for an update. Instead of assistance, I received a message from an AI stating that cancelling items would require review. After several days without a response, I requested a complete order cancellation and a full refund. Five days after my first inquiry, no human had contacted me, and there was a complete lack of proactive communication regarding my order delay. I would gladly pay more to shop at a place that values customer communication and support.
