I can't understand the negative reviews. I ordered a jump sport pro while in western Canada. The product arrived in excellent condition and was shipped nearly on time. There was a slight delay from the carrier, but it was only three days. I'm very pleased with my purchase. 😀

I purchased an item labeled as "In stock, ready to ship," but it seems that phrase holds no meaning for the company. My order never shipped, and the customer service replies were nothing but generic responses, lacking any real answers. They continue to list items as available even though they clearly cannot fulfill current orders — which is at best misleading and at worst deceptive. After seeing other reviews, it's clear that my experience is not isolated. This company appears to frequently take orders they cannot complete, hoping customers will remain silent. If you care about your time, money, or peace of mind, steer clear of this company until they figure out what honesty, transparency, and basic customer service should entail.

Lack of Support and Communication

On Nov 18, 2025, I placed an order for six different items through the platform. Shortly after, I received an order confirmation followed by an email stating that two items had extended lead times, which I hadn’t noticed during the order. I checked again and confirmed that no such information was available on the platform. I reached out to the support team about the misleading messaging and received a response stating my feedback would be forwarded. The website indicated those items would ship the week of Nov 24, so I decided to wait. However, by Nov 28, I hadn’t received any updates or shipping confirmation, prompting me to email support for an update. Instead of assistance, I received a message from an AI stating that cancelling items would require review. After several days without a response, I requested a complete order cancellation and a full refund. Five days after my first inquiry, no human had contacted me, and there was a complete lack of proactive communication regarding my order delay. I would gladly pay more to shop at a place that values customer communication and support.

Frustration with Missing Parts and Lack of Support

We ordered a kettlebell rack for our gym, but it has been a disappointing experience. Two weeks after ordering, only part of the rack arrived, rendering assembly impossible. After emailing twice with no response, I called multiple times and was finally told the missing box would be shipped along with a $20 reimbursement for the inconvenience, which never occurred. When the missing box arrived weeks later, the metal holes didn’t align, preventing assembly. We reached out again for a refund with supporting pictures but received no response. We ended up with a non-functional rack and no support. Given this ongoing lack of customer service, I strongly recommend buying from other sellers.

Caution When Dealing with This Company

I ordered a kettlebell storage rack for my clinic and faced a complete non-delivery with no resolution from the company. They shipped the order using a method that required no signature, leaving the delivery unsecured. UPS marked it as delivered, but the provided photo showed the boxes left in a random hallway that wasn’t my clinic. I contacted the company with evidence, but communication ceased once I pointed out the shipping method’s flaws. To date, I have received no replacement, no refund, and no follow-up. Disappointing Experience with Order Cancellation

I ordered adjustable dumbbells with financing and canceled within an hour upon finding a better price. The company claimed I could only receive store credit, which was incorrect. They stated that a fee from the financing service would be passed on to me, which took three days to respond to, by which time the order was confirmed. I reluctantly accepted this, but they deducted a percentage from the total cost, not the financed amount. I will not be using this company again due to their poor communication.

I ordered dumbbells and a weight rack. When I contacted the delivery service for exact dates, they couldn’t provide them. I reached out to the company directly and was assisted by their operations director, who quickly responded and coordinated with the delivery service. The products arrived in excellent condition and I was very impressed. I highly recommend this company, and I appreciate the fantastic customer service.
