I placed an order on 19th November, and it still hasn't arrived. Shortly after my order, I received a confirmation from the delivery service saying they were waiting for the parcel. Then I got an update that the delivery was on its way, only to be informed days later that it couldn't be delivered. After multiple inquiries with the delivery service, I was told to contact the seller directly. I reached out regarding my missing order on 29th November, and they finally responded on 2nd December, apologized, and asked if I wanted the items resent or a refund. I chose to have the items resent. Since then, I've heard nothing. I followed up on 6th December for confirmation about the resending, as it was meant for a birthday present, but got no response. I've followed up three more times and even tried contacting them on social media, but I've been completely ignored. At this point, I've paid for a large order, received nothing, and have had no communication or resolution from the seller. This has been extremely disappointing. I'm still waiting for either my order or a refund.
