I placed an order on 19th November, and it has yet to arrive. A few days after ordering, I received a confirmation from the delivery service indicating they were waiting for the parcel. Shortly after, I was informed that the delivery was on its way, only to later learn it couldn't be delivered. After multiple contacts with the delivery service, they advised me to reach out to the seller directly. I contacted them regarding my missing order on 29th November, and they finally responded on 2nd December, apologized, and asked if I preferred the items to be resent or a refund. I opted for the items to be resent. Since then, there has been total silence. I followed up again on 6th December, requesting confirmation that the items had been resent, as this was intended as a birthday present. I received no reply. I followed up three more times, attempted to reach them on social media, and have been completely ignored. At this stage, I have paid for a significant order, received nothing, and have had no communication or resolution from the seller. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I am still waiting for either my order or a refund.
