Have ordered barbell and bracket and a neck pad, all delivered promptly. The barbell had been damaged in transit, the box was ripped to bits and the bar scratched. I reached out to Northern and they couldn’t be more helpful, replaced it quickly and with no fuss, would recommend and will use again…. I have my eye on the storage shelves!
