#UK232050 I ordered from this company for my partners birthday which is in three days. I contacted customer service to ask where my parcel was as if this is a UK company as it said and I ordering the item from uk this should take 7 days at most. This company have now sent me the same dispatch email twice on different days. I have now set up a dispute with clearpay as this company is very clearly a scam. For anyone looking at reviews thinking of buying one of these knives ... amazon have them half the price. UPDATE - After 13 emails back and forth. This company told me to cancel my dispute with the third party I bought it from and only then would they issue the refund. The third party told me not to do this as it sounds like a scam. And going from previous reviews this is definitely the case. You claim your knives are build to last but the people that have received knives have said the absolute terrible quality they are in. The tracking number given doesn't work at all and this seems to be the same for everyone.Further, this company is actually owned by Starlight Solutions who are based in Hong-Kong, according to the adviser it's only there customer service that's in the UK so the claim to be a UK company was a lie. Then said they have factories bases in the US and China. I also got the impression from the email that this company will not reply to the dispute, that tells me all I need to know.
