My experience has been quite disappointing. I placed an order on 12/14 and was charged in full on 12/15, yet I received no updates. Instead, I was bombarded with sales emails encouraging me to make more purchases. Feeling anxious, I reached out on 12/19 through two different channels to inquire about my order status. Finally, on 12/21, I received an email confirming my order, but it didn’t address my previous inquiries. It stated that my order would ship in 2 more business days, with delivery expected several days after that. What would have happened if I hadn't followed up? If they can send multiple sales emails, they should have processed my order within 1-2 days. Now, I’m left waiting to see what the product is like, assuming it arrives.
From the very first use of my Loki Blackout Edition kitchen knife, I realized I had made an excellent choice. The craftsmanship of this knife exceeds all my expectations, featuring a sleek wooden handle that provides a stylish, smooth, and comfortable grip. The thumb ridges and finger hole ensure a solid and precise action, showcasing both elegance and functionality. The blade came incredibly sharp and has maintained its edge even with regular use. Additionally, the inclusion of a bottle opener on the back of the handle is a brilliant touch, enhancing the overall design of this full-tang blade. The team behind this special edition knife truly excelled in their work.
I bought three of these knives and honestly wish I hadn’t. One of them disappeared into the kitchen because my wife liked it at first, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The “Gunner” knife dulled really quickly — it started cutting carpet and astro turf by accident, and now it barely cuts food properly. The advertising makes it sound like these are premium knives, but they’re really not. Definitely not worth the hype or the money.
A crowd and husband pleaser. Fantastic design and practicality of the knives is great. The Ragnar Butcher glides through a pork joint, and he loves using the Loki for veg. My husband loves showing them off. I did buy the covers, but don’t have to they look nice enough in the lovely presentation box. Ideal present for anyone, problem is my husband now expects another one for each gift time.
