My experience has been quite disappointing. I placed an order on 12/14 and was charged in full on 12/15, yet I received no updates. Instead, I was bombarded with sales emails encouraging me to make more purchases. Feeling anxious, I reached out on 12/19 through two different channels to inquire about my order status. Finally, on 12/21, I received an email confirming my order, but it didn’t address my previous inquiries. It stated that my order would ship in 2 more business days, with delivery expected several days after that. What would have happened if I hadn't followed up? If they can send multiple sales emails, they should have processed my order within 1-2 days. Now, I’m left waiting to see what the product is like, assuming it arrives.
