Customer support post-purchase is lacking. While the goods arrived promptly, the expensive travel cage I ordered for my pet was damaged upon arrival. It was packed within a larger order, and it was clear that it had been sent out in this damaged state, not due to delivery mishandling. The box had been repaired. The support team was unhelpful and unsympathetic to my concerns, and I'm still waiting for my refund from before Christmas. I cannot recommend this service, especially for high-cost items.
