Support after purchase is unfortunately inadequate. While the goods arrived on time, the costly travel cage I ordered for my pet was badly damaged. It was part of a larger order, packed with other items. Upon opening, it was clear the item had been sent in a damaged condition, not due to delivery. The box had been repaired. The support team was unhelpful and lacking empathy regarding my issue. I’m still waiting for my refund since before Christmas. I would not recommend this service, especially for expensive purchases.
