What a shambles

On both 25 May 2023 and today 19 June 2023 we were told our power would be off from 09:00 until 16:00 for planned maintenance, but this both were subsequently cancelled.On both occasions we received a letter, numerous emails and texts in the weeks before reminding us, we even got a text on the day saying they were on site, but subsequently received another stating that the maintenance had been cancelled.I imagine this means that there well be yet another date organised.What an utter waste of time and money, is it any wonder that electricity standing charges are so high.This is another company that needs to learn and apply the 6 “P’s” rule.
