I was trying to get an EV charger fitted at my property and I was getting lots of mixed messages from different charge suppliers but the outcome was I condo have an EV charger until Norther Grid has unlooped my supply.The first person I spoke to did get somebody out within a week but that did take a fair bit of pushing on mysid. She was unwilling to explain anything and was just been vague. I felt she was doing this on purpose.The guys came out, nothig bad to say about them other than it was a pointless visit. All they did was confirm what I had told Northern grid in the 1st place but this is probably more down to the last I had spoken to.I called up after the visit got a nice lad who unfortunately was contradicting what I had been told but instead of getting all funny with me like the previous lady he went to double check with somebody else. Turns out he was wrong but he explained I needed a different department and gave me their number. I called and they were unwilling to help. Felt I was just going round in circles. The lad I had previously spoken to had also given me an email as well as a number so I emailed in.My email was picked up by a lady who called me several times and spent time explaining the different options and processes. Without her I would have been very cross and unhappy with Northern Power Grid but she was fantastic
