First class service.We had to call the emergency help line last nigh. Our first point of contact was a very helpful advisor who answered our call quickly and delt with very efficiently. She told us someone would be with us within 3 hours. 45 mins later the engineer arrived. Unfortunately he was unable to rectify the issue and arrange for another team to come to our property, and would be with the next hours. 30 minutes we get a call to say they are 20 mins away.2 engineers arrived and resolved the issue.From our first call to the issue being rectified was all under 3 hours.Fast and efficient service
