I had a problem with one of the window handles on my bathroom , the window was installed approx 4 years ago When I rang the service line I was told that the handles only had a 1 year warranty, so not as advertised.The company doesn’t seem interested in resolving my problem so my advice to people considering buying new windows is look elsewhere.
