I rarely leave online reviews, but our experience with NTW is by far the worst I have experienced with any company. We had two bay windows installed in 2023. The windows have been fine, but everything else has been atrocious.The workmen smashed the old window in our bedroom while removing it. This embedded hundreds of tiny shards in the carpet, and they left without clearing it up. It cut open my foot when I walked in and sliced my dog's paw. I raised this complaint with NTW (amongst other issues including marked walls and me having to re-caulk the windows) and requested a 5% reduction in price. The managing director was sarcastic and rude, accusing me of extortion and accepting zero responsibility for what happened. He also implied that I had somehow faked images of glass shards in my foot for the sake of a 5% discount - both ridiculous and insulting.They eventually agreed to the 5% discount but have since refused to give me the guarantee - a breach of their own contract. I have phoned them on more than 15 occasions over the space of 18 months, sent numerous emails and always just been brushed off with 'we'll get back to you', often in a rude manner. They now just ignore my calls completely. Clearly, once they have your money, they don't care at all about their customers.In summary:don't assume you will get a guarantee, even if they say you willdon't expect professionalismAvoid this company - you'll find much better customer service almost anywhere else.
