I initiated a return for my garments since the design did not match what I ordered. Additionally, I was unaware that my order was charged in USD. I was instructed to return the items to an address in Italy, which cost me $48 AUD. The parcel was undeliverable and was sent back to me after two months. A representative had been in touch with me throughout the process, asking for a photo of the return package to facilitate my refund. I provided the photo, but I received no response to my follow-up emails. I have lost over $210 AUD. This service feels like a scam!
