Hard to say yet. Goods only just ordered. Ordering was easy, just hope the size 10 is true. Always nervous about ordering clothes on line. I'm particular ++++ about fit. If the fit is not a true 10 they will be going back.
If I could give a zero star, I would. This online store is the worst, with no customer service to speak of. The size measurements are inaccurate. When I requested a refund, I was instructed to send the product to Italy. Buyers should be cautious. The quality of the clothing is substandard. I will not purchase anything from this online store again.
This marks my second purchase with the company, and I am truly impressed by the design, quality, and pricing of their outfits. They are ideal for traveling, and I recently enjoyed wearing two of these outfits on a 25-day trip/cruise through Vietnam and Cambodia. They were especially comfortable during a 22-hour flight and throughout the journey. I appreciate that I could hand wash and hang dry them. I will definitely make another purchase. Thank you!
I initiated a return for my garments since the design did not match what I ordered. Additionally, I was unaware that my order was charged in USD. I was instructed to return the items to an address in Italy, which cost me $48 AUD. The parcel was undeliverable and was sent back to me after two months. A representative had been in touch with me throughout the process, asking for a photo of the return package to facilitate my refund. I provided the photo, but I received no response to my follow-up emails. I have lost over $210 AUD. This service feels like a scam!
The experience would have improved if the pricing structure had been clearly shown as US$ instead of just $. I faced multiple payment rejections due to a security lock on overseas transactions. Once that issue was resolved, the process became very efficient.
