He provided an estimated delivery time, and the team who delivered it were incredibly friendly. Fortunately, it was an automatic like mine, which was important due to my leg issue. After about a week, my car was ready, and the return was seamlessly organized. Luke checked in on me, asking about my well-being and remembering the details of our previous conversation. That’s true customer service! I shared with him how much I loved the rental and that it would be my next purchase. The collection went smoothly, and now I'm back on the road. A definite 5 stars for this experience, and I hope to work with Luke again in the future. He is a real asset to the company, and his management should take pride in his work.
