She was scared and your rescue team was fantastic, communication was excellent and they looked for a spare tyre first, could not find one.They called her and apologised and organised to rescue her and tow her car all the way down to Rugby where she lives...They kept in touch with her at all times,reassured her...

My wife had her courtesy car delivered by Gareth and Leanne today. They were very courteous, showed her around the car, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. Gareth answered all questions and showed all existing minor damage to the vehicle. Found both to be very engaging and provided an excellent service . Thank you Gareth and Leanne a credit to your company.
STAY AWAY! Ensure you read every document before signing and be wary of their promises. They suggested a 12-month rental agreement but failed to mention that you can't cancel it, even if the hired engineers are no longer working for you. It's a questionable company, and I will never use their services again. They will inundate you with invoices and bills without justification.
I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received from this branch. After my car was involved in an accident, my insurance arranged for a rental while mine was being repaired. Feeling a bit down and shaken, I received a call from a representative named Luke. Speaking with him lifted my spirits. He listened attentively, asked about the car I drove and my expectations, and suggested a fantastic Sportage that fit my needs perfectly. He provided an estimated delivery time, and the team who delivered it were incredibly friendly. Fortunately, it was an automatic like mine, which was important due to my leg issue. After about a week, my car was ready, and the return was seamlessly organized. Luke checked in on me, asking about my well-being and remembering the details of our previous conversation. That’s true customer service! I shared with him how much I loved the rental and that it would be my next purchase. The collection went smoothly, and now I'm back on the road. A definite 5 stars for this experience, and I hope to work with Luke again in the future. He is a real asset to the company, and his management should take pride in his work. He also handled my work van situation previously, and his support made a significant difference then too.
I visited the branch and was welcomed by a friendly representative who had a lovely smile and was very attentive. Even with some confusion from my office, everything was sorted out. The vehicle was provided swiftly, allowing me to get on the road quickly. I will definitely be back.
