I bought a car from a dealership and used these guys. Had lots of issues with the dealership, but a faulty car ended up being the start of a nightmare, to cut a long story short. Ended up having to reject the car, which is a time consuming business going back and forth between parties, granted. At the start it was difficult to get anyone to tell me what was going on and a very stressful 3 months. I think the junior staff make the best of what they can do as they are probably very busy. Always friendly and happy to help though. After months of constant chasing and getting nowhere, I got through to one of the nicest ladies. Emma went above and beyond to do the right thing for the consumer based on facts, not conjecture. She was a serious credit to this organisation and turned this from a 1 star review last week to a 4 star now. Always contacted me when she said she would and no issues at all.Only reason I gave 4 stars was because at the very beginning I was slightly ignored during investigation, but they pulled through at the end and that for me, is all that matters. Recommend.
