Very good customer service. The bracelet I wanted wasn't available anymore in my size (none of the bracelets). The Customer Care Team came up with another idea: another bracelet with an additional ring clasp to lengthen it.Then also I placed another order the day before and payed shipping fees. But the Customer Care Team combined that order with my new order and refunded the extra shipping fee!
