After much consideration, I finally bought this necklace

I had been thinking about this necklace for some time, but after seeing a friend wear it, I decided to make the purchase. It was worth the wait. I appreciate that the company designs their pieces in-house, unlike many brands that offer cheap, ready-made products. I highly recommend them.

Paid 150$ for a bracelet that broke immediately

I spent 150$ on a bracelet that broke the first time I wore it. The quality is terrible; they make it look appealing, but the quality is awful. I reached out to customer service, and while they quickly apologized and offered a replacement, I asked for a refund instead because I didn’t want another low-quality bracelet. They stopped responding. It’s been 5 months now, so I feel like I was scammed. Buyers, be cautious.

Multiple attempts to contact customer service

I've made numerous attempts to reach their customer care team. I returned an item due to poor quality and it not being as expected. I've had no response or refund from this unacceptable company in over a month.

Order placed but never received

I placed an order on July 6th, expected to arrive by July 10th. It didn’t arrive, and I haven't heard anything since. I contacted them via messenger and sent 3 emails without any replies. I will be doing a chargeback from my bank and will not order from this company again.

Thanks for the stylish bracelets

I really appreciate the amazing and stylish bracelets. The customer service is great. I had an issue with delivery; I ordered around February 4-5, 2024, and it should have been delivered to a location but was delayed due to customs fees. The company was very helpful in resolving this, though it would be better to inform customers about potential additional costs beforehand to avoid delays.

A minor issue with a company I admire

I edited my review after contacting them. I love this company and have placed multiple orders over the last five years, but this experience was not the best. I placed an order on Saturday expecting a Monday dispatch for a birthday later that week. After multiple inquiries, it was only dispatched on Wednesday. I contacted them through their contact form and Instagram for quicker responses. The tracking link sent to my email only showed my order summary with no tracking info. I updated my rating to 4 stars as they eventually contacted me and dispatched the item, but the estimated delivery should have been more accurate to avoid delays.

A frustrating experience with the company

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a necklace on December 3, 2024, and received a confirmation email stating delivery within 2 days. Days passed with no updates, and when I finally received a response, they blamed the "Christmas rush". They informed me my item was out of stock after I had placed my order. After agreeing to cancel and process a refund, I received no further communication. It's now January 10, 2025, and I still haven't received my refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.
