I purchased a winter jacket for £49, which looked fantastic in the photos. However, upon arrival, the quality was shockingly poor—cheap material and the fur on the hood was minimal, far from what was advertised. I requested a return immediately, but they insisted on receiving pictures first, which was frustrating. Ultimately, they offered three unsatisfactory options: a 20% refund, store credit requiring me to pay for delivery, or a return to China at a cost of £25! They also warned me about potential customs issues. It’s infuriating since the website claims to be based in Belgium while the warehouse is in London. I don’t understand why I can’t return the jacket to London or Belgium at my own expense! I'm seeking advice as this feels like a scam!
