Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a winter jacket for £49, and it looked fantastic in the pictures! However, upon receiving it, I was shocked by the terrible quality and cheap material. The fur on the hood was supposed to be large but looked very sad, nowhere near what was advertised. I immediately requested a return, but they insisted I take pictures and send them, which I was reluctant to do! In the end, they offered me three unsatisfactory options:
1st: a 20% refund...
2nd: store credit, but I'd have to pay for delivery again.
3rd: return it to China, which would cost £25 via Royal Mail! Plus, I was warned that if the parcel got stuck at customs, they wouldn't help...
I'm really frustrated because the website is based in Belgium, and the warehouse is in London! I don't understand why I can't return this poor-quality jacket to either location at my expense! I'm seeking advice as I feel this is a scam!

Complete scam, steer clear...

My wife ordered a dress, and the quality was visibly poor. The company appears to be based in the Netherlands, but the return address is in London, yet they insisted it must be shipped back to China! They also warned that it might get stuck in customs, preventing a refund. They pressured us to accept store credit starting at 10%, then 20%, which we refused. This violates UK trading laws, and I plan to take legal action. Avoid this seller at all costs!

Very disappointing experience...

I ordered a dress, but the sizing was completely incorrect upon arrival. Unreliable service, do not engage...

This company is completely unreliable and unhelpful regarding refunds. I threatened to report them to Trading Standards after they insisted I accept store credit. When I declined, they told me to return the item to China, even though they are registered in the Netherlands. They lack a clear method for returns, leaving me feeling stuck.

Awful experience

I had a terrible experience ordering a skirt that was labeled as leather but turned out to be of very poor quality, with no labels inside. It arrived two weeks late, and requesting a refund has been a nightmare, resulting in only automated responses.

Avoid this seller

Avoid this seller. I paid £35 for a pair of sheepskin gloves on sale, not realizing they were shipped from China. They are now refusing to cover return costs and a refund. After providing my order number, customer service tried to dissuade me from returning the item and will not cover return shipping to China. The product I received does not match the photo on the website. This company is based in Amsterdam and sells subpar goods from China.

Terrible service

This service is appalling. I paid £60 for a dress that turned out to be made of cheap material and not as described. I immediately requested a refund, but they required a photograph before generating a return label. They offered store credit or a small partial refund while making me pay for the return to China, with no guarantee I'd receive my money back. This service is unacceptable; avoid at all costs.

Steer clear of this company.

Steer clear of this company. I bought a dress for £40, originally £75, but it’s not even worth £5! It took over a week to arrive, and the material is cheap with incorrect sizing. I ordered a large, but it’s labeled L/12! To return, you have to email them for instructions, and they only offer store credit or a 20% refund. I finally received the return address, which is in China, and the website doesn’t mention this. The return shipping will cost over £20, and they claim refunds take 4-6 weeks. It’s clear how they profit! I wish I had read the reviews first. This is shocking!
