I would give zero stars if that were an option. The service I received was appalling. After renting a one-bedroom flat, I was promised numerous repairs by an excessively pushy agent who assured me everything would be completed before my move-in date. Instead, the place was a disaster — filthy and incomplete. I discovered dirty lampshades, stained curtains, and a toilet that had not been cleaned. The shower curtain was used and moldy, and the overall condition was unacceptable. Despite being surrounded by boxes, I had to clean everything myself. Appliances were unserviced, with the water tank making a deafening noise that disturbed the neighbors. My agent went on holiday, leaving me without assistance, and other staff were not responsive. The flat's safety was compromised, with no security blinds installed as promised, and I felt exposed. Furthermore, the agency broke into my property without consent, leaving a mess. My deposit was delayed for weeks, and I found pests in the carpet, which they refused to address properly. This experience has severely affected my mental health and work life. After numerous issues, I decided to leave early, but now they are trying to hold me accountable for unpaid rent and damages, which is completely false. I have extensive evidence to dispute their claims. I am now pursuing legal action against this agency. I strongly advise staying away to avoid a nightmare!
