Completely unacceptable! I wish I could give 0 stars. I rented a one-bedroom flat and was misled by an overly aggressive agent who assured me that necessary repairs would be completed before my move-in date. She pressured me to move the start date up, promising everything would be done in a week. Upon moving in, I discovered that the repairs were far from finished and the place was disgusting. There were old, stained lampshades covered in dust and cobwebs, filthy curtains, black marks in the toilet, and a used, moldy shower curtain. The entire space was dirty, with grime everywhere and damaged surfaces.
I had to clean everything myself while surrounded by moving boxes, making it impossible to unpack for a week. To make matters worse, none of the appliances had been serviced. The water tank was extremely loud, causing disturbances with the neighbors and preventing me from using hot water for a week, all while the agent was on holiday with my commission and no one was available to assist me. Other agents at the company were unhelpful and unresponsive. The dishwasher and washing machine were both broken, leaving my clothes soaked for another week. The fence had been down for weeks as well. The flat is on the ground floor and completely exposed to the street. Despite the agent promising security blinds would be installed, this never happened, and she later denied making that promise. Neighbors informed me they could see everything inside, making me feel very unsafe. To add to the issues, the company entered my property without my permission on two occasions, leaving the gate open both times and creating a mess in the garden. My deposit wasn’t registered until I pursued it, finally receiving a response from the third-party scheme weeks later, despite the legal requirement for it to be done within 30 days. The worst part was discovering pests in the carpet. I was horrified and couldn’t sleep for days. The company’s response was to suggest I simply move them outside and refused to handle the infestation. I had to take time off work and buy poison to deal with it myself. My mental health has significantly suffered during this tenancy. I’ve been trying to manage a demanding full-time job while dealing with all this stress, leading to disciplinary issues at work. When I escalated to a senior manager, she ignored my complaints and tried to shift blame. After several exchanges, the company offered to terminate the contract due to their failures, but now they are backtracking and insisting I owe rent for the entire duration, claiming I breached the contract. They are dishonest, incompetent, and refuse to take responsibility.
They are withholding my entire deposit, falsely claiming I caused damages, when in fact, I cleaned and repaired the property. I even touched up the walls before leaving. I have photographic evidence. The landlord had an outstanding electricity bill, and they are attempting to attribute it to me, even though it was from before I moved in. I am pursuing legal action against the company. STAY AWAY if you want to avoid a nightmare!

I have extensive evidence to dispute their claims. I am now pursuing legal action against this agency. I strongly advise staying away to avoid a nightmare!
Avoid this agency at all costs! It took them six days to prepare a simple contract, and they failed to communicate properly. They didn’t arrange for me to collect the keys as promised and ultimately canceled my deposit due to their own incompetence.

They waste your time and provide terrible service. Their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful.
I would never recommend this agency to any landlord. They are incredibly untrustworthy. They promise guaranteed rent but fail to deliver when tenants leave the property in poor condition. Their communication is terrible, and they often try to scam landlords with random bills. I have lost significant amounts due to their incompetence.
