AGAIN, still waiting for a phone call back from the High end support team from NORTON??? I GUESS THEY DO NOT EXIST???? I have reviewed Norton360 in the past, since this I s a ongoing issue. When I create a review, seems to be when I receive response and support from Norton! It seems that Norton360 has VPN issues! I was on the phone for over 4 hours today with ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION, just LIES!!! I have been waiting for 24-48 hours for a call back for over 21/2 weeks. Today I was informed the I will have to wait again for a maximum of 72 hours for support? I asked why do I have to keep waiting for a call back, I haven't even received the first call yet, STILL NO RESOLUTION!!! My services have to be left off since Nortn360 isn't working correctly and Norton360 doesn't care, since no attempts have been made to call me! Any reason why anyone would purchase Norton360 that doesn't work, support is non existent, agents just tell you stories, and s lot of them? Norton doesn't seem to have any urgency for helping me since they cant even give you the proper information regarding support??? If I had to do it over again, NO WAY WOULD I BUY NORTON360!!! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere!!
