I would actually give it no stars. Every year the price goes up, and the VPN kept making my WIF stop working. On February 5, 2026, I cancelled my service. On April 8, 2026, they charged me anyway, my bank flagged it and now my account is frozen because of them. I tried to call Norton on April 9, 2026, and all I got was AI and chatbots. I was never sent to a human even though I asked several times. I will never go back to Norton again.

Do not buy anything from Norton360!!

Do not buy anything from Norton360!!! the support is non existent! They seem to run a scam for their support by having you the customer wait 24-48 hours and then never call you back? They supply you a case number this is like toilet paper that gets flushed down after your phone call ends!!! Then you get to redo the process all over again with the alleged support team which is where the scammers are!!! They tell you one thing and deliver absolutely nothing!!! Nothing but liars!!! I have been with Norton over a year and they have NEVER repaired their software, never received that call that I was promised over and over and over!!! If you want a company that you PAY for a product that isn't supported at all, they lie about how your going to receive that call for support, you have to make all the follow up calls and never receive anything in return except aggravation, getting frustrated with garbage that is broken and they say it works... this is the company for you!!! I will never purchase anything again from a product that has the name connected to Norton, THEY ARE THA ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO SAY I WAS A PART OF!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NORTON!!!!!

Dont Waste your time with NORTOn 360

January 15, 2025 update! Again nothing at all from Norton 360. They have reached out on Trustpilot 2 times, still no emails, no phone calls, JUST LIES!!! They want to make sure the audience sees that they care! THEY COULD CARE LESS!!!!! This is about the 5th time to expect a phone call with support, and again NOTHING! Thats what you are going to receive if you join Norton, NOTHING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE LIARS, CHEATERS, THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!! Another wonderful day of waiting for Nortons call back from the infamous tier 3 team that LIES, CHEATS, AND STEALS your money! They waste you time with a window to wait for the magical call that never comes! They cheat by lying to you about all the promises they are going to deliver, and NOTHING!!!! They steal by charging you the money for all these products, they dont work but they still have your money????? Stay away from these clowns, so subpar is pathetic!!!!!

I really regret that it is not possible to rate this program and this company with minus 5! If you don't want to waste your money, time, and nerves, I advise you to stay away from them! They treat people like idiots, sending them from one website to another, and contacting them is ineffective. Believe me, you will only lose money and nerves.

Google Norton 360 appears to be a scam!

If I could give a -1 for this company, I certainly would. I tried a free trial period with this company. I decided to go with another company after I did some price comparing. I canceled the subscription with Norton 360 a day before the free period was up. I didn't think anything about it anymore, until my bank account was charged $131.69! I did get the refund put back into my account, unfortunately their screw up cost me serious overdraft fees, a little over $200.00. I WILL NOT let this drop. I had to enter into an agreement for the first time ever with my bank in order to get these charges dealt with. This Google Norton 360 Antivirus (?), Mountain View, CA. has cost me too much, I'm on a fixed income and I will, with the financial assistance of my son, seek legal services against them if this is not resolved. They can go their way, and I'll certainly go on mine. Next, social media will become my best friend VERY soon. I will share my experience.

Never again

It is an ongoing nightmare trying to deal with Norton.360 Password Manager has hijacked my phone with constant intrusive messages that overwrite the task in hand and render it useless. Customer Service are useless and l have made myself ill trying to deal with them. I am an older lady. They have neither compassion nor diligence. Promises are broken and fixes don't work. Then to cap it all they auto-renewed for far more than the cost on Amazon (later halved). I hate this company and will go elsewhere next time.

NO SUPPORT!!!

AGAIN, still waiting for a phone call back from the High end support team from NORTON??? I GUESS THEY DO NOT EXIST???? I have reviewed Norton360 in the past, since this I s a ongoing issue. When I create a review, seems to be when I receive response and support from Norton! It seems that Norton360 has VPN issues! I was on the phone for over 4 hours today with ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION, just LIES!!! I have been waiting for 24-48 hours for a call back for over 21/2 weeks. Today I was informed the I will have to wait again for a maximum of 72 hours for support? I asked why do I have to keep waiting for a call back, I haven't even received the first call yet, STILL NO RESOLUTION!!! My services have to be left off since Nortn360 isn't working correctly and Norton360 doesn't care, since no attempts have been made to call me! Any reason why anyone would purchase Norton360 that doesn't work, support is non existent, agents just tell you stories, and s lot of them? Norton doesn't seem to have any urgency for helping me since they cant even give you the proper information regarding support??? If I had to do it over again, NO WAY WOULD I BUY NORTON360!!! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere!!

Norton360 is no good !!!!!!!!!!

I have Norton360 . They withdraw premium from back account through PayPal. They with drew $300 +dollars out of bank . Wiped me out . They say they didn't do it. They are impossible to contact . PayPal and Bank are investigating them . They DO NOT do their job . I advise stay clear of NORTON360
