I would actually give it no stars. Every year the price goes up, and the VPN kept making my WIF stop working. On February 5, 2026, I cancelled my service. On April 8, 2026, they charged me anyway, my bank flagged it and now my account is frozen because of them. I tried to call Norton on April 9, 2026, and all I got was AI and chatbots. I was never sent to a human even though I asked several times. I will never go back to Norton again.
