So nice to deal with a professional reliable company. We used Norton Windows after reading the reviews and from the first contact right through to completion of the work, everything ran like clockwork. Kev was patient when we could not make a decision and did not pressure us at all. On installation day the team arrived bright and early and did not stop until the work was completed and everything was left clean and tidy. We are so happy with our new composite door and French windows. Would have no hesitation in recommending Norton Windows
Excellent communication from the start. Given real advice, not salesmanship. Guys (fitters) came bright and early, when they said they would. Got straight on with replacing old windows, and doors. Front of the house looks amazing, and we are loving the look of the new front door, but it’s the rear stable door that is the business. Totally love it. Great service, professionalism and a very competitive price. Couldn’t have asked for more.Would definitely recommend.

Amazing from start to finish. Listened to exactly what are wants and needs were and never forgot about them transformed our old single glazed windows to beautiful working sash double glazed windows allowing us to one have windows that actually open and close and two more efficient. Forever thankful fantastic workmanship and really nice!
We had Norton Windows to change our window into a bay window. We were recommended by 2 of our neighbours who had recently had work done by Norton Windows and were delighted with the results. The replacement took place yesterday in spite of the winds. The 2 guys were extremely well prepared, cloths were laid down and the blinds were taken down. They arrived about 09.am and never stopped until it was finished, cleaned, blinds replacedat about 2.30.pm. We are highly delighted with our new windows, the guys were professionals and didnt mess about just got on with the job. They very pleasant and polite and I would have no hesitation in recommending Norton Windows to anyone,Thanks Kev and the team you were all brilliant.
