The delivery process was somewhat difficult. Initially, the driver hesitated to approach the driveway due to low branches. After encouragement, she reached the gate without issues. Given previous larger deliveries, I believed it was manageable. I requested she drive through the electric gates to store the wood in the garage, but she stated they only do kerbside deliveries. I asked if she could at least place it inside the gate to avoid blocking the driveway. She then struggled to unload the pallet from the truck. I have a video of this if you’d like to see. Ultimately, she moved all the packaged wood manually, though not very gently, and stacked it just inside the gate. The wood is good quality, but I had to move it to the garage myself, which was challenging at 65 years old, especially with my husband at work, as I wanted to prevent it from getting wet.

I wanted to prevent it from being left out in the rain.
A reliable company for wood with free delivery. However, my recent order of 12MM thick sapele had planning issues, with the first 3 inches being 3mm thinner than the rest due to an angled feed. Fortunately, I ordered longer lengths, allowing me to trim off the waste. This is the best practice for ordering anyway. I recommend ordering from them, but consider getting longer lengths to accommodate any planning inconsistencies.
