This marks the second time in just a few months that my baggage has been mishandled. Furthermore, I had to wait almost an hour to retrieve my baggage after landing, which caused me to miss my train connection and resulted in significant inconvenience. I expect the company to take responsibility for baggage handling and improve their service standards moving forward.
