Like everyone els, absolutely nightmare of an airline, ground staff lied to my mom about the flight from svaldbard would go all the way to Copenhagen, twice it was confirmed, misleading lying people, how you are allowed to work at all is insane, we lost trust in humans.. trip thay was 7 hours is not on its 25 hour and we are still not home, good luck if you booked with them you are in for a ride
I'm really disappointed with the service lately. During my latest trip, my checked baggage arrived damaged, with a broken wine bottle that leaked and ruined my clothing. This is the second instance of baggage damage in just a few months. Additionally, I had to wait nearly an hour to get my baggage after landing, which made me miss my train connection and caused a lot of inconvenience. I hope the company will take responsibility for baggage handling and enhance their service standards in the future.

The check-in and the flight itself were fine. However, the staff on the journey from one location to another were quite disappointing. They seemed demotivated, provided no service, and refused to assist passengers struggling with multiple pieces of luggage in the overhead compartments.
I've traveled frequently with this airline over the years for work. Unfortunately, they are no longer the airline I once knew; the aircraft feel outdated and tired. On my recent trip, my flight was delayed and ultimately cancelled without any explanation. There was no staff available to assist. To make matters worse, I received a text stating they couldn't arrange a hotel without any apology, and there were no contact details or instructions for reimbursement.
Once again, I received numerous emails regarding a one-way flight, none of which provided an option to check-in. The website was confusing, making it difficult to find the check-in section. Eventually, I discovered that online check-in was unavailable at my departing airport. The usability is far below even basic standards.
I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I arrived from a cruise ship in one city at 9 AM, with a flight scheduled for 4:15 PM. There was no option for self-service check-in until two hours before takeoff. I wouldn't recommend flying with this airline or any low-cost carrier from this airport, especially since we paid for a lounge access that we couldn't use. I expected self-service or at least drop-off to be standard at major airports, but this airline still seems stuck in the past. To top it off, my flight was delayed by 50 minutes.
