This is a scam I signed up for a free trial and have been sent an invoice and package I didn’t ask for. I looked online and they have given me a subscription I didn’t request. The invoice is for 996dkk. No contact number to call them no response from email. I am now emailing invoicing company as I am not paying this!!

They market to young girls who struggle with eating disorders. Crazy that this is legal.Someone should be looking into Arvato Bertelsmann as well, and make sure their reviews on Google and Trust Pilot reflect their commitment to working with such an obvious bad actor. It's so bad that when you call Arvato Bertelsmann they have several phone menu items up-front speaking directly to victims of Norwegian Lab. Totally shameless.
I have ordered from this website after seeing the tempting and too good to be true advertisement on Instagram. I was surprised that my order went through without paying anything so I felt doubtful. So I have tried to find some reviews in trustpilot. After reading the bad reviews, I decided to write to norwegian lab to cancel my order and told them I dont want to receive anything from them. After one day, they replied to me that my order (79kr offer) was already cancelled. I think you can do the same just in case you ordered from this company. Don't wait for the items to come or for the 14 days cancellation period. Just reply to the email you received from them immediately (the email that you received after placing an order).
It's a scam company. Never ever order medicines from norweignlab. Even I didn't use the medicines which they sent me in the trial period. I didn't order the medicines but they sent me medicines for 6 months a d 1194 kr invoice. I would like to return the medicines but company told me that i can not send the medicines back.
