I recently purchased a Lumix TZ99 from this company. Ordered early afternoon, between Christmas and New Year, arrived the next day. Well packaged, numerous emails sent advising of the order progress. The price I paid was c. 15% less than the next cheapest I could find online. I'm perhaps not the most tech savvy and sometime don't have the patience for such matters. The real litmus test for any retailer is how they deal with after sales and customer service. I had a query regarding setting up the camera, turns out the issue was me not the camera. That said the support I received from Irma was detailed, concise, very helpful, provided promptly without querying my ineptness. Let me clear this was a number of emails that helped me through.
