This is the fifth or sixth time my internet has been down. Once, it wasn't the fiber cable but the switch box on the street. I reported to the company about a cable hanging on the ground, not realizing it was my own cable. Nothing was done, and now it is broken. I called again today due to a lack of internet and confirmed the cable is indeed broken. The way these cables are installed is very amateurish and prone to breaking. Very unprofessional. Usually, they fix it quickly, but not this time. I did receive a compensation for data usage, so I can use my phone as a hotspot.
