They are completely fraudulent, signing me up for a long-term contract without any notice. Now, they refuse to let me cancel. I haven't even been able to use the service because the SIM card is locked, and the PUK code provided is incorrect. Each time I call, I'm left on hold for about an hour with no resolution. DO NOT engage with them.

The worst e-commerce platform I've encountered in a long time. Unbelievably inefficient. I tried to purchase a mobile phone over six times now. Customer service is incredibly hard to reach. The representative keeps validating my mobile number and finds nothing just because it's linked to an enterprise service. They do nothing else and don’t redirect me. I had to select that I wanted to subscribe to a new service and navigate through various teams until I gave up. On the website, after reaching the final purchase confirmation with all payment details accurate, it simply continues, I receive an email and SMS with the order confirmation. But then, it gets canceled twice. One of them states that it's awaiting payment with an order tracking link. The link doesn’t work. It claims you can find more details on your account, but that menu is nonexistent. So, no details can be checked, and if the order remains in this status, it cannot be paid because there are no details. This is a mind-blowing puzzle. Unbelievable. If I hadn't had a voucher to buy a mobile phone at this store, I would have given up long ago. I've never seen anything like this. I tried to be patient, but there are limits. Honestly, I don't understand how this company remains at the top of communication providers, at least in this region, with such inefficient platforms and customer service.
Terrible customer service. No one is reachable. I have a mobile internet box from the company, but when I call customer service, they won’t connect me because I'm calling from a different provider. The nearest store is an hour away. I'll have to travel there to resolve my issues.
I haven't been able to pay my account for two years; I have to call the store every month. Time to leave. Do the store staff care? Does the head office even notice? Is there an easy customer service email? Will I use them again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
This is the fifth or sixth time my internet has been down. Once, it wasn't the fiber cable but the switch box on the street. I reported to the company about a cable hanging on the ground, not realizing it was my own cable. Nothing was done, and now it is broken. I called again today due to a lack of internet and confirmed the cable is indeed broken. The way these cables are installed is very amateurish and prone to breaking. Very unprofessional. Usually, they fix it quickly, but not this time. I did receive a compensation for data usage, so I can use my phone as a hotspot.
I wanted to buy mobile 5G service for my device along with a service for my smartwatch that now supports 5G. The representative in the store simply said he couldn't assist me! I will obviously have to find another provider. Either the company has fallen behind or their store staff are severely untrained.
