Good day, I wanted to purchase an eSIM card from the company and visited their store, but was informed that the card wasn't available at that moment. I went there five times over two months! It was always the same response. I asked how to order it online and was given a service number. I arranged a call for the next day but was told to go to a store to get the card. I explained my repeated visits. I was then transferred to another employee who was friendly and competent. She explained that the eSIM is only for existing customers. That was the first time I heard that! She said I need to buy a 'normal' SIM card to then exchange it for an eSIM. Oh my God... How complicated and 'customer-friendly'!
