As I was leaving Portugal in August this year, I wanted to end my internet contract with them, I showed them proof that I was going to leave the country and live somewhere else (which is what they asked me in order to terminate the contract.)Of course, I paid for the last invoice I had with them and I even returned the box to the store.They said ok the contract is canceled and I signed the proof (which I still have) that I returned their box.But then I received a new invoice, so I called them, spent more than an hour (being transferred from one department to another) to let them know I already canceled the contract before that new invoice and they said ok it was all good, the cancelation wasn't registered before(?!) but now it was fine the contract was terminated.Now about a month after, I just received another invoice and tried to call them but they left me hanging there for 40 min before hanging up. I'm living in another country now, and I have no idea how to stop this ridiculous situation with these clowns. NEVER SUBSCRIBE ANYTHING WITH NOS.
