I received a shirt as a Christmas gift and reached out the next day to see if I could exchange it for a different color. I was told that the order was not eligible for a return or exchange. Upon reviewing the website, I discovered that exchanges and refunds are only allowed if 'shipping protection' is purchased. This policy was not clearly communicated during checkout. It feels unreasonable and misleading. I cannot recommend doing business with this service.
